Very professional! The lady on the phone was polite and quick, she understood the situation and was quick to resolve it. Very little waiting time too.

We were pleasantly surprised, they deal with clients very professionally and efficiently, and their rates are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend checking their warranties and protections if you have some really expensive appliances or electronic equipment and you don't want to have any surprise.

I'm really glad I protected my tv with them. When it broke, they proved to be very fast and efficient and the tv was repaired within 4 days, just in time for our favourite tv series finale. I would recommend Domestic & General.
