This company produced some work for me which consisted of 2 small plates with lettering cut into the surface. The whole thing was ruined by accidental cuts all over the letters and parts of the letters were missing. It was a total mess. They point blank refused to put it right. They ignored my complaint. I had to pay cash for the job and got no receipt, so there are obviously tax avoidance issues. It is also worrying that this company produces components for the aviation/aerospace industry.
