Clamp & Tow Services Ltd in Hounslow

Clamp and tow Limited (now dissolved) owner is a criminal his name is Fahad Babar, he has been involved in cheat and fraud he has cheated people by putting false clamps and now he runs another fraud business in name of Parking Enforcement and Security Services Limited under the umbrella of British Parking Association (BPA) , I request HMRC and BPA to investigate these tugs, who are looting this country.
