AWFUL!! DO NOT USE! Curtains beyond repair, no refund, horrible man
Went here having already tacked the curtains and needing them simply sewn at this length only. I even say to the man 'If I had a sewing machine would do myself'. Man agrees should be relatively simple. how wrong to believe this! I come back in five days, the curtains have been permanently shortened to 6 inches too short and all differing in length by 2-4 cm! Actually cut too! I say only wanted sewn and the man is defensive saying 'This is your fault! You should have written down length' and ignores my argument that the curtains WERE the correct length already and simply needed to be sewn! Am outraged. After over 15 mins being told this is my fault he agrees to try 'French Stitch' back on the material he's removed. I have no other choice and agree. He says only few day. I call before coming in to check done, this ridiculous man says 'I haven't done them, I need the measurements' - I read him the measurements, but he insists no I MUST go to the shop with them written down!
So I go to the shop and silently (as angry) hand the man the written measurements. He says a week needed to sort. sigh. I call and come back in a week and the stitch looks ok at first where he's sewn the discarded pieces of material back on, even though there is a teabag stain on the part that he's previously discarded! But guess what!? The curtains were still 5 inches SHORT when get home! Even though gave measurements! I call and ask for refund and am told no! I phone several times and the manager is conveniently NEVER available and still will not accept responsibility for ruining two pairs of curtains!
Please do not go here!! wish had just sewn by hand myself. Awful service, ruined curtains, aggressive man. Rubbish!

I took some trousers in to be shortened and I was so pleased with the result. The job was done really professionally and very quickly! Will definitely be going back in the future.
