called to correct a wiring issue on a new underfloor heating thermostat. Peter turned up all chatty and friendly, tells me he fixes these all the time. Turned up late and asked for the manuals to the boiler and the under floor heating system!!! Spent an hour fiddling with the wires and scratching his head, then blew the fuse to the boiler and as a result also short circuited the thermostat. Then told me the wiring was not correctly done in the first place. I asked him to leave. Do not use this chap, you have been warned!! he will make a problem worse he is completely incompetent. If Peter turns up smile and close the door.

Mr Hatcher has worked for me for many years whenever I have needed a plumber or gas specialist. He is always available when I call and his work in very good.
