Dairy Crest Limited in Coventry

Absolutely terrible service, the customer service rep hardly spoke English, when I placed an order for a large sack of potatoes 25kg I was given a 2.5kg bag, when I rang to ask for a proper size bag was told it would be delivered with my next delivery and nothing came. When I rang I was told a completely different story, according to this rep Dairy Crest don't do potatoes? From their depot in Coventry even though I had received a sack the month before, what a poor service these people provide. I think I'll switch back to the shop, it's easier and cheaper. Can't see Dairy Crest lasting much longer at this rate, terrible service, terrible attitudes to problems and terrible customer service.
