Arriva in Burton-on-Trent

The bus I catch is the first bus to burton from uttoxeter, either the bus is late or arrives then breakdown. Or doesnt even turn up at all sometimes, with no explanation no apologies. The number listed on there website is incorrect so there's no way of making a complaint!! An extremely poor service that doesnt care about customers 1 iota. I would give this service zero stars!!! But apparently you have to give one to get your review published.
