For the first time I've ordered from an online dancewear shop and received an excellent service. Many times I've ordered from other stores, told items were in stock when they weren't, items that I needed in a hurry have been delayed. Not this time. Rang beforehand to check items were in stock, spoke to a very helpful gentleman who knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me order the right size and endeavoured to dispatch items the same day, even though I ordered late afternoon. Items arrived next working day. I am extremely pleased with the service, will definitely order from Porselli again.
