Eclipse Window Tinting in Stafford

Firstly I was asked to have the vehicle at the show room for 9am no one showed till 9.25 just as I was just about to pull out.
I opted to wait for the vehicle in the waiting area, through out my wait there was the sound of screaming children being played over the tanoy system, according to the tinter doing my car it was "the Black code guys working from home trying to wind him up".
When I got the vehicle home I dropped the hood on the vehicle and found that the rear window tint had been damaged on the edge and the roof put up to hide it, and the size of the missing tint it couldn't be missed. There were several big bubbles appeared... the job had been done slap happy.
I complained about my findings and was sent an email that basically blaming me for the damage, although when the work was inspected by an independent and Eclipse themselves I was given the same answer "that's been cault with the file while installing".
I returned the vehicle, and a different window tinter sorted the job out, and did a great job unfortunately he leaves this week, leaving the original tinter Adam.
Before I realized there was a problem I had requested a quote to have my Peugeot done and this vehicle re-mapped neither quotes were ever sent.

All in all I would recommend you find out were the chap who was leaving went to work and get him to the job or find another company as Eclipse Stafford I have found to be unprofessional to say the least (everything here can be backed up by photograph's and emails).
