Dixie's Dapper Dogs in Crieff

While I have been very happy with the results of my dog's grooming on 3 or 4 occasions, I have not been happy with her time keeping. Last time she cut my dog's coat she changed a prearranged appointment time, then arrived late, not leaving enough time for our schedule to fit around her. She wouldn't fit in the end of the cut another time nor would she countenance any sort of partial refund. This is not a service I will be using again.
