Wilmar Electrical in Mickleover, Derby

The work Wilmar Electrical undertook for me was faulty, which then generated issues on the system within moments of them leaving, affecting my boiler and leaving me without hot water for 3 days, nervous about the safety of the other installations they undertook and very distressed and stressed. Wilmar Electrical returned but still failed to spot the simple fault they generated and then tried to charge me an additional £150.00 trying to blame an alternative problem which did not exist. Luckily I had the sense to call in a reputable, qualified, independent electrician to review the situation, who identified the simple fault generated by Wilmar Electrical within minutes. I am very upset I have now been left out of pocket due to Wilmar Electrical, who also provided no certification for any work undertaken, which is not in line with the trade body membership they claim to be a member of. Wilmar have ignored texts, emails & letters to resolve the issue.
