Classic Composites Ltd in Dewsbury

We are a double glazing company and have used Classic Composites on a couple of occasions, much to our regret. Most recently we ordered an unglazed composite door for which we were given glass sizes by Classic Composites. Trying to glaze the door was virtually impossible without bending the flimsy grp skin (the glass was made to the exact size given).

We tried yesterday to place an order for another unglazed door but were told they no longer offered this, presumably due to previous problems. When we asked to speak to someone in technical we were given very short shrift and told told to place our order elsewhere. Today, we received a phone call from, we believe, the Managing Director, whose exact words to the company secretary were "...you can f*** off and place your order elsewhere, you arrogant cow".

We have been in business for 25 years and have never been spoken to like this by a customer, let alone by a supplier. Fortunately we have other suppliers who don't believe in doing business this way as we have no intention of going anywhere near Classic Composites / Door Panels ever again. I can't recommend strongly enough that they are avoided.
