Huge lack of knowledge about conveyancing, I kid you not. They need closing down now. Shocking. Use these bunch of idiots and you will be very sorry you did when your sale falls through like ours did all because these absolute idiots simply couldn't give a damn about their customers and don't know how to communicate. They've got so many customers that they simply don't care if they lose a few along the way, ie your sale / purchase falls through. Our estate agent recommended them to us. We later found out our estate agent gets paid commission from Runnetts for all new business they send runnetts way. If the star rating on this website went in to negative figures that is what they deserve. Simply shocking.
