Chiltern Flowers in London

Received an awful dead snapped off bunch off flowers which cost £ 100! Once I sadly had to complain management spoke to me rudely inappropriately and utterly disgustingly and only offered 10% off also accused me of damaging the flowers! Some stalks didn't even contain the flowers! Very poor customer service and also quality of flowers AVOID!!

Ordered flowers for my Girlfriend on Valentines day and they never turned up! The phone has been engaged all day also! Not a good service at all!
