Securahome.net in Stourbridge

I decided to call this company ( Securahome.net ) after a friend was burgled, my alarm was not working and it needed repairing. I booked a service call and was told it would cost £35 and waited, the engineer showed up late, I explained the fault and left him to it. After a while I heard a noise, upon investigation he was in my bathroom which I didn't mind until he spent nearly 20 minutes in there and left it in a state I would not like to put into words.

Then I was told within moments of him coming out the repair would cost me £135, now I had had a quote from another company a few months previous for £85 but they couldn't do the day I wanted so I couldn't understand this new £135 price, i quizzed the engineer and he couldn't explain himself, he went outside made a lengthy phone call came back in and told me to pay the £35 call out or the £135 repair, I showed him his webpage securahome.net that states no call out charges, he made his excuses and left. I then booked the other company who showed up, fixed the fault at the agreed price no hassle. At last my alarms working! My advise is to avoid Securahome.net.
