Sadly, we know from bitter experience the additional grief placed on the bereaved family when things go badly wrong through substandard workmanship etc. We came to you with an unusual situation and you dealt with it throughout with professionalism and compassion – this cannot be underestimated.
You kept us advised every step of the way on progress which was a huge consolation.
The craftsmanship and installation of the memorial stone for my late husband/daughter is absolutely superb. It is now with a much happier heart that we visit the Cemetery.
