SPEED STITCH in London

This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I am not paranoid, just so so disappointed that a company like this can still go on trading. Waited 2 weeks for a quotation on 20 shirts. Waited another week for a sample shirt after numerous amount of calls explaining the urgency of our project, resending them a quote that they could not find. Quote came through with half of the items wanted.
I am now (27 July 2016) waiting in front of their shop as they said to collect my parcel from their allocated courier company next door as they are closed for 3 days. Yet again, nothing left and no one knows about this, and here I am left with only one option. Move on and forget about this.
Poor communication, cannot deliver, cannot take responsibility - every single thing you can possibly do to alienate people, they have done - probably written the book about this. This is not a business, this must be a joke?
