Fast and friendly communication prior to the purchase and NO customer service at all after we have bought the SPA cover. I have sent more than 5 emails within one month, Debs has once quickly replied stating that she will look into my inquiry. Despite 2 reminders no reaction any more. I am very disappointed with this poor service!
