I thoroughly recommend you find a local place that you can walk in to and see what is going on.

Basically I gave them a 47" (broken) tv and £80 a week ago and they've done a vanishing act. I've not heard a thing, they never answer the phone and you get a message informing you that the voice mail service is full. I'm guessing it is full of screaming customers demanding to know the whereabouts of their TV!

I spoke to a temp who not only talked over me the whole time but could only tell me that she thinks her boss is called Tariq so now I need to find someone called Tariq in south west London. That'll be easy then.

As this website discourages certain phrases in reviews just let me say you will look foolish if engaging in the services of these people. It is more trouble than it's worth.
