JR Zone (formerly Jolly Roger's Plaice) is the Islands leading Adventure Play centre. With thrilling 3-level play frame, include massive 4-line Astra slide, double sky glides, ball pools, spooky area and lot's more, JR Zone is ideal for kids up to 12 years of age.
For younger kids, there is a dedicated 2-level frame for under 4's with bright colours, appropriate climbing challenges and stimulating shapes and blocks.
For the very young, there is an immobile baby area with interesting toys & textures in an easily supervised area.
In the evenings JR Zone is blacked out for our amazing LASER STORM combat sessions. Amazing lighting effects in our smoke filled arena and pumping music sets the scene for thrilling laser combat sessions with state of the art computer controlled laser guns. Pre booking is essential (groups of 10+).
Our cafe is open from 8am (10am Sat & Sun) serving everything from a light snack to a main meal. We have an extensive menu with choices for kids and adults, plus an extensive and ever changing specials board. Our emphasis is on good home cooking, whether favourites like gammon egg & chips or more exotic choices like Tempura Prawns and chilli dipping sauce! We always have a great selection of fresh baked cakes, muffins, flapjacks and much more, to have with your fresh ground coffee, fresh thick milk shakes or iced fruit slush.
