Expect a wait!!
With a system of allocated appointments you are cattled into various waiting sections. Nobody actually takes any details so nobody knows for sure you are there. So expect lots of names to be called out, usually at the same time, some clearly and loudly some in frequency only dogs can decipher. If the appointment client does not turn up, then the jobcentre employee will sit twiddling their thumbs, toes, pencil occasionally recalling the name for 20 minutes. The front reception desk employees are far superior to us mere rabble so please do not try to approach them unless you want to feel even scummier that you already do by seeking employment assistance. If you are a Jeremy Kyle fan you will probably love to hang around here after the programme has finished of course.
