SuperGroup Internet Ltd in Cheltenham

I have not received my parcel. The delivery man spoke to me on the phone as he was lost.
I explained I was home and my door was at the back of the high street and he hung up, didnt knock and posted a 'missed you'; card.
I still do not have my parcel and can not get through to anyone to ask them to re-deliver.

I have been self isolating for 2 weeks so i am and have been here.
