Absolutely avoid this company if you want a reliable service for your business. I’ve been using this company for years, now all of a sudden they don’t even turn up. I booked my tank to be emptied before Christmas 2019 to be done in the new year. It’s now April 24th 2020. I rang last week and they said yes we’ll come next week. Nothing. No call to say we can’t come or we won’t be coming, they just didn’t turn up. This is the third empty promise or more accurately, a lie. You have wasted 4 months of my time. You are a disgrace.
