This man is not a professional, he got a chap to lay my floor and totally bodged and ruined it. It had to be taken to be re-laid by "a professional".
When I called to complain and said "please come and take a look and sort it out" and told him I had stopped it going any further, he replied "there's nothing I can do about it". Hire at your peril!
