I placed a bulk order of tealight lanterns. The £7.50 plus VAT (£9 total) postage costs seemed a bit steep but I ordered anyway. They arrived quickly and were well packaged.

However, the quality of the lanterns was terrible. I emailed the company and they investigated but found no other complaints. I did receive a refund for the cost of the items, but not the postage and I had to pay to return them. £15+ and nothing to show for it. Really disappointed.
