Nice products, exceptionally rude telephonist. Every time I have ever been unfortunate enough to have to call the office the person on the other end of the phone is abrupt, rude and unhelpful. She will tell you products have been dispatched when they haven't and then when you call back to locate there whereabouts she will call you a liar and claim she never told you anything of the sort. Working within the furniture sect and dealing daily with various companies and suppliers I have never spoken to anyone as rude or disinterested in their job than this.
