Buzz Van Hire Ltd in Rawmarsh, Rotherham

As a genuine mistake I thought I could return the van at the same time as I took it. Took it back as soon as I realised, the guy didn't mention it to me when I handed the keys back, checked the van and I went on my way. 4 days later I get a receipt showing a £25 charge on my debit card put through without my knowledge, signature or PIN number. Terrible customer service and horrendous way to do business. They obviously don't realise that their success will be based on repeat business and word of mouth recommendation. I will certainly not be hiring from them again and telling others not to too.

Appalling attitude. Extended hire by an extra day, but were charged for 2 days, then a single day! The website phone number is completely different to the numbers elsewhere on the internet! Won't be using this firm again.
