Haywards Caravan Accessories Ltd in Staveley, Chesterfield

Had a veranda fitted to my caravan and the work included re siting 8 slabs to the end of it for BBQ etc. Over a year later the slab work has not been carried out despite me reminding their agent on 7 occasions. Am also still waiting for the promised supply of floor preservative. Have written to the firm complaining and chased up their reply but have never heard from them on this matter.
Seems like once they have your order and it has been paid for they simply do not care. Would never recommend them to anyone.
