Poster & Plan Printing Specialists Omicron in Canterbury

Lousy service. They promised to match the print quality of a sample I brought in. The job fell way short, but when questioned about it they became very irritated. "That's how the machine prints. Nothing we can do about it" The work they did was useless to me. I also inadvertently overpaid on another job. They promised in writing to refund me, but have been very difficult about actually doing it, and I have given up. Silly of them as I will be buying thousands of pounds of printing services over the coming year and it will now be with one of Omicron's competitors. Feel very cheated and would not recommend this company.
