Our Leaktector service, which has been since 1987, is the longest established of any test house in testing the completed roof to ensure it doesn’t leak. Over the years, we have extended the service to include investigation of all types of leaks and damp in buildings.

Our experience in resolving roofing problems (particularly , but not exclusively, in flat roofs), through many thousands of inspections, tests and investigations, has given us the trained eye with which to assess the condition of a roof with a high degree of certainty and identify shortfalls in design or installation. We can then assist the property manager in maximizing its service life or, if it has had its day, the most cost effective system for re-roofing.
