Stonearth Interiors Ltd in Nottingham

This company is an absolute disgrace. I placed an order and they sent me the wrong colour. They then told me I would have to pay a charge for the correct item and I had to pay to send the incorrect item back. They have now contacted me to say the wrong item got damaged in transit so they wouldn't replace it!!!!! But they offered me a whole 20% off....what a joke. I am now left having paid the full amount, then paid extra in shipping and I still have nothing and now they want me to pay more. This company wouldn't know customer service if it stood up and slapped them in face. Avoid at all costs!! I'm off to earn everyone on Facebook and Twitter.
