We were very diappointed to find that, after having our fire extinguishers serviced by this company for many years, they charged us £139.00 each for two new fire extinguishers. We have since been quoted £49.00 for an equivalent extinguisher of the same type, size and quality.
Customers should be made aware that when they sign the service engineer's document, they are agreeing to pay a £50.00 cancellation fee if they do not want the service engineer to visit in 12 months, unless they give 3 months notice. This information is not printed on the document you are asked to sign, which, in my opinion, is an underhand way of doing business, and this is certainly not a company we would wish to purchase products or services from again.
