Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. This is not a place for anyone to buy from. We bought a Ganesh idol from them this year. We specifically asked them if the idol was environmentally friendly and will it dissolve in a bucket of water. The lady was so friendly, helpful and assured us that the idol will dissolve completely. However after the Ganesh Chaturthi pooja, we immersed the idol in a bucket of water. It was in August and now it's November. The idol hasn't dissolved at all. When we called the store, the lady (who identified as the owner) was very rude. She just said that's not her problem and basically asked us to get lost. We weren't asking us to help with the idol being dissolved, but at least she could have apologised and spoken nicely. Now instead of a happy customer, she has a detractor who is going to defame the shop forever. Very bad customer service and very rude staff/owner. Avoid buying anything from this shop.
