Daily Poppins in Stratton St. Margaret, Swindon

We dealt with Agnes from the Swindon branch.
We agreed 2.5 hours per week. However they never spent the full allocation of time. Work was always rushed, no attention to detail, dirty smears left on work tops and mirrors (which weren't even there to start with), laminate flooring left soaking wet...which showed incorrect use of materials.
I discussed concerns with Agnes who was going to look into the time they spent and would speak with them regarding standards and come back to me with an update. However no further contact was received.
After another disastrous visit we cancelled our arrangement. We asked for the key to be returned and we would make final payment. No key was returned (resulting in a £225 bill for a new lock) and only communication has been emails demanding payment and threatening debt collectors...all very disappointing. So I would most certainly NOT recommend this company, they are extremely unprofessional and are a complete rip off!
