KFC in Somercotes, Alfreton

I have been a customer at KFC for many years and only go there as a treat once in a while, today me and 3 of my friends purchased a KFC, which included 4 meals. They handed one meal that came in a box out of the window, and the other 3 meals was just chucked in one small bag, and the fries had all came out of the packets, therefore this caused us to drop the bag on the floor as it was too full, it was so full the top of the bag wasn't even able to be folded down. Not only that, the food was cold, and the burger was squashed. We rang the store to have a extremely rude manager on the phone who did not deal with our complaint in any correct manner, she was extremely rude and basically told us we was wrong, and proceeded to tell us we could have 10% off any order, which in my opinion is not a lot after we had just spent £21 on food we could no longer eat as it was on the floor. I then phoned back to speak to a different manager about 'Kelly' being so ride, however she answered and then told me that she knows she was rude and was very sarcastic. Not only that but staff here I have found are extremely rude and don't even open the window to greet us. Would not recommend to anyone.
