Andrew Reece in Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham

I selected Andrew from the internet never having used him before. Part of my selection process was based upon the fact that Andrew had a mobile business and his base was not a million miles from my home address. My car is a Chrysler 300 and therefore not your everyday make and out of the blue it had developed a problem with the limited control of mirrors and windows from the driver's door panel control. An internet search had already warned me that this might not be a straight forward problem to resolve.
Andrew told me that he would come round and in the first instance try and determine the cause of the problem (and if possible fix it). For this he told me that his call out fee would be £50 and that this would also include the first hour of any work that he undertook.
Andrew promptly turned up and I watched him go about his task. In the end the door trim was removed and he carried out a very thorough check of all the wiring and options before pin pointing what he believed to be the issue. The issue was complex but he took the time to try and explain it as best he could. His diagnosis required a replacement module within the door panel. For all of his work I was charged the £50 as quoted.
A couple of days later I had secured the part and Andrew turned up at short notice to fix it. I was over the moon to discover that he had been spot on with his assessment and that the problem was fixed. It was well worth a further basic payment.
Andrew is a friendly guy and modest in the way in which he works - no false promises or expectations. He is also clearly skilled and not a rip off merchant. No hesitation in recommending him!
