Terrible service, repeat visits for ordered parts, no one answers the phone so you end up having to visit the warehouse just to be told that the part has been delivered but misplaced, terrible service, customer commitment nil, warehouse is dirty with damaged parts all over the place, it's a tip. If there was a minus star rating I would use it!

As a trades person this place is a little gold mine, never had an issue with quality, pricing is very fair. I send my customers down to choose tiles and the guys there don't hesitate in giving them samples to take home.
