West Kent Saddles in Hartfield

Very poor service I received, I had west kent saddles come out to me on the 30th jan this year and was late getting to me and when I asked to try different saddles or equipment and she said she had none with her and would come back the following week with saddles to try and I got a message on the day she was supposed to come just after lunch to say not well and couldn't make it bearing in mind I gave her a cheque and she said she would come back free as I had already paid her and still to this day no contact from her or not even been in touch to re arrange appointment. that's what I call a disgusting service.
