Absolute Style Limousines Ltd in Watford

Stephen Wright Browne that owns this company has no idea how to run a business or good customer service. I booked a stretch hummer for a special night out, I booked way in advance to make sure the car I wanted was available. I was looking forward to the night as I was very poorly in hospital and it was my first night out in years, I payed in full up front and on the day a party bus turned up which looked like a ambulance, it was a horrible green interior and no where to put drinks it was like sitting on a tube train. The driver didnt even know what car I had booked. I was in total shock and very disappointed so called absolute style instantly, I spoke to Stephen the owner and he tryed to tell me a party bus was better than the hummer and then hung up on me. The driver did tell me that the paper work did show the hummer but it had been scribbled out. I was so upset as it was a special night and we were all going to a fancy place in London and it was embarrassing turning up in the van. I spoke to absolute style on the Monday and was told that the Hummer had broken down earlier that day yet i had no phone call or email that day to make alternate arrangements. If I did I would've rather booked a minibus that would've saved me about £850. I've emailed Stephen and called around eight times for him to call me back but I've heard nothing not even an apology. I would never advise to use this company.
