Boundary Road Launderette in St. Helens

After using this launderette for a few years mainly to have duvet washed, have been completely satisfied, on this occasion my duvet was lost when I went to pick it up. I wrote to the owner explaining what had happened, thinking I would at least get a acknowledgement and apology, my duvet was an expensive one to replace, very disappointed, would not recommend, needs a better system of labelling what belongs to who.
