Unless you can collect any purchase in person be wary of having this supplier send you the item. I have experienced a very poor service from this supplier after my distance purchase (I'm in London) from this supplier of a Swish curtain rail product. The item was not delivered to my address and even after providing proof that the item did not arrive to my address this supplier's choice was to ignore my view and thorough explanation of events.

They use the courier Hermes who's personnel failed to carryout the delivery task that they were contracted to do and provided a bogus signature to say the delivery had been completed. This supplier did nothing to help or resolve the situation and once they had received their payment for the item they did not want to know. Sadly this experience also cast a very poor reflection on eBay who choice was also to put up a powerless position to solve the issue. So be wary of distance purchasing from this supplier, eBay and expecting high standard of service from Hermes.
