Big and friendly yard. However there is not enough grazing for the amount of horses, very small paddocks overrun with horses, leading to mud baths and injured horses. Other facilities are good with hay and haylege included, quality stables and ménage. Unfortunately all spoilt by too many horses on too little land which makes for unhappy, injured horses.

Very large yard, 54 horses currently on there. Normally hay is available as it is included in the the livery, haylage is also included during the winter months but is very rarely there. Not supervised 24 hours. The horses are split into mare and gelding paddocks but only have about 2 acres for herd of 6 horses. Generally a friendly yard.
