Fantastic service, I had bought an i phone 4s, and was trying to get it unlocked. After trying everything, he found the phone had locked itself (I'd bought it second hand). I was devastated, and on a limited time period, as I was returning to Spain, it would seem, I would be returning without my phone. This man went out of his way and well above and beyond the call of duty (mainly out of sympathy for me), got in touch with some contacts (something he never does) and found me a phone in 24 hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and will be recommending them to my friends, thank you for going the extra mile for me...Greg

I would avoid this place at all costs! Took IPhone for new screen, otherwise in full working order. They broke it, it wouldn't even switch on. Then tried telling me it was broke when they received it despite evidence from my provider that it was in full working order when it was handed to them. After 12 days of numerous calls, 5 trips to the shop to collect it on one occasion they closed when they knew I was on my way! I finally got it back, still smashed and now broken. I just wish I'd have read all the horrendous reviews before handing them my phone. Unprofessional, liars who just try and fob you off!
