We have had to employ a new builder to finish paintwork and redo plastering and wallpapering that is of a poor quality, fit lighting where live wires had been left exposed, clean up grouting, repair plumbing, render the outside of the house where external changes were made due to the new window and plumbing. He left us with rubbish to clear up and called from his holiday to shout at me when I had questioned the schedule and quality of work. During the conversation he insulted me, my house and admitted he had overcharged me.
