Brilliant service at reasonable prices. Len has done numerous jobs for us on various appliances and has always sorted them out quickly and efficiently. Strongly recommended.

We called LW (after a Google search) because we needed someone local in Darwen to diagnose a washing machine problem. Len turned up within 2 hours, checked the machine, and then said it was a bra support wire under the drum and it wouldn't cause any further damage. We tried to pay him a call out charge but he would not take any money. When he'd gone, we checked the bras which were drying and found the culprit with the missing support wire. It's rare you get immediate confidence in a tradesman you've never met, but I have now attached a post-it note to our kitchen wall... next time we need someone for a similar job we'll be calling Len Whittaker.
