I had the same experience as last reviewer, no sign of product bring fixed, constantly having to call and only getting answer phone. On the couple of occasions I spoke to Adrian he made false promises.
My TV shows the same fault signs and I never got a refund. PayPal cannot protect this type of purchase.
Use this guy at your peril, absolutely appalling customer service. Supposed turnaround of 4/5 days turned into 21days to repair my PC Board that was suffering from a very common fault for my model of tv. When I eventually got it back it still had all the symptoms and faults the tv had before I sent it to him. Also tried to contact this guy by phone, it's always left to go into answer phone so that if you leave a message like I did he won't return your call if he doesn't want to speak to you. Don't bother with email as he never replies to these either. Just glad I had eBay on my side and received a full refund when I explained to them what this guy had done and how he had treated a customer who had paid via pay pal on the day that I sent him my board.
