Bond Steel Buildings in Penrhos, Holyhead

I paid for a staircase from this company on the 6th of November and was told a 6 week lead time which I was happy with, after chasing it on 6 weeks they said they had not produced it and it was in a que, and due to Holidays it would now be after the new year (8 weeks) not great but I could deal with it. 14 weeks later after trying to get it delivered for a week, I have had excuses for non delivery like "the tyre on the truck burst". Not enough time in the day bearing in mind I paid £200.00 for delivery. And when they did try and deliver out of hours Saturday afternoon, they would not go up the stairs to get a member of staff to off load the vehicle so left, I am now left with the predicament that they want a further £200.00 for delivery and will not budge.
In short beware do not use this company if you want something delivered on time with actual customer service.
