Nafis Collection in Birmingham

Really bad customer service, don't get what you ask for, nothing is guaranteed and no refund will be given despite the required law on the basis of damaged goods... The owners are arrogant and rude and the female owner tells lies after lies... Would never shop there again and would not recommend to anyone as her taking over £800 from family members caused us great distress an they did not show any remorse and not even an apology... When threatened to take complaint further ther proudly told us to do so! This shop does not even deserve a star... I don't know how she got to the trading business as these people lack communication skills and are very rude!
