Shaun's in Plymouth

Wanted a beko thermostat, they sold me a hot point one. The bloke said "when you fit it, don't put the back on" giving the impression that he knew it wasn't the right one. My dad and brother tried to return the thermostat but I was given no receipt and they were told, we don't do returns. Very, very unsatisfactory. They saw a young woman on her own and took advantage.

What a shoddy company replaced my appalince three times and still nothing that works now offered me a refund and I turn up to be told he has not taken a penny so come back again for a refund not surprised they take nothing with crap they sell!!! Still no refund.
