Superframe in Denny

Hi I have phoned you twice for my dad. Mr Baldie 63 Kilbirnie Terrace Denny FK6 6JL. Now the way I see it he paid for the double glazing & it to be fitted. It comes with a 10year guarantee. How many times do I ave to pone for you to come out & fix the back door which a gale force wind comes through which blows the blind in his kitchen halfway across the kitchen. I have stood at the door with it closed & my leg was frozen & you could feel the draft. Which means all the heat in the kitchen goes right out the door he would be as well leaving door open. He paid use the least you can do is fix the problem & stop ignoring the calls as we won't stop phoning until you fix the problem. Maybe then he will leave a good review but until then he's leaving you nothing. You have 24 hrs to phone him to arrange to go out & fix the problem or I'm taking the matter further.
